SVG is another great training organization but again - no info on auto hail repair.

It it impossible to know ahead of time where or when a hail storm will happen. Generally they happen from March-September every year in the United States. Whenever a storm happens we are there within 48 hours, looking at the vehicles on the ground to determine if we should set up a shop there based on industry variables.
